Dear Photograph,
I took this original photograph back in the late 1970s at the bandstand in Raphael’s Park near Romford. Sadly the bandstand has seen better days and when I returned to take the picture it was fenced off for renovation work. At least it seems like it is not being demolished which is good news, whilst there my father recalled that he played in a brass band in it when he was a boy.
